What Can PSYCH-K® Do For You?

Your reality is created by your ‘beliefs’. These beliefs, usually subconscious, are often the result of lifelong, ‘programming’ and represent a powerful influence on your behavior. Studies in neuroscience indicate that 95% of our consciousness is actually sub-conscious. 

“Sub” means “below”, below our conscious awareness. It’s the subconscious mind that is the storehouse for our attitudes, values, and beliefs. It is from our beliefs that we form perceptions about the world and ourselves, and from these perceptions we develop behaviors. 

Usually, it is self-defeating behaviors we wish to change. Often the most effective way to change a  behavior is to change the subconscious belief(s) that support it. Many people harbor self-limiting subconscious beliefs in the areas of spirituality, self-esteem, health and body issues, financial abundance, relationships or career.

understanding in any type of relationship. Clarity of what the relationship is offering for your evolution by identifying and transforming subconscious blocks. We gain better access to the growth opportunities and gifts within the relationship. This can also assist transitioning into and out of relationships.

Life Bonding Balance
The trauma of birth and the fear of death are two powerful aspects of human existence. This balance is designed to transform any limiting impact of these influences in our life. Traumas from birth to present moment are considered in the process as well as our fear of death and dying. If we are afraid of dying we cannot fully live in the present; as Dr. Bruce Lipton’s research has demonstrated, we cannot be in love and fear at the same time.
