As a preferred facilitator for PSYCH-K® and trained in the Relational Life Therapy Model, I am dedicated to providing a holistic mind-body-soul approach to healing. With a passion for facilitating characterlogical change that happens fast, my goal is to empower individuals to transform their lives and create lasting positive change.

With extensive training and experience in PSYCH-K®, I utilize this powerful modality to help individuals reprogram their subconscious beliefs and release limiting patterns that hold them back. PSYCH-K® is a unique and effective method that combines principles of neuroscience, psychology, and spirituality to facilitate rapid and profound transformation. By accessing the subconscious mind, we can identify and change self-sabotaging beliefs, allowing individuals to align their conscious and subconscious minds for greater peace, freedom, and fulfillment.

In addition to my expertise in PSYCH-K®, I am also trained in the Relational Life Therapy Model. This approach focuses on healing and transforming relationships, both with oneself and with others. By exploring the concept of relational mindfulness  and addressing underlying emotional patterns, I help individuals cultivate healthier and more fulfilling connections.
